I bought this lipstick thinking it would match the picture but I warn you it's not in the box. There were 24 lip balms in a plastic bag. This can cause problems if you plan to resell them on the store shelf. I needed a box and was frustrated when it wasn't there. It is not only a drug-free everyday product, but is also said to prevent chapped lips. If you already have chapped lips, you should look for a product that contains soothing medication.

Lesson learned to read reviews before ordering. I was expecting them to be in the official packaging as pictured but received them in a pouch. I haven't looked closely at the security seals, but I would feel much more secure with the original packaging. Now I compared the legal pipe and I have even more suspicions. I was cheated on. Definitely not a real lipstick. I've been using the original for many years and it definitely has a different consistency, texture and taste. It crumbles and breaks much more easily than the real thing. I suspect they're trying to circumvent this fact by advertising it as a "refill-replica" lip balm, but to be honest I don't understand how their near-identical labeling complies with advertising and trademark laws.
