Great product. I got rid of the cigarette lighter in the passenger compartment because I don't use it. It was a good replacement although I need to make the hole bigger, it works great and comes with the necessary accessories. What I like is that it has a power button so you can literally turn it off.

I like to keep the power ports open for other things and have a dedicated USB port just for phones. On my vintage cars I hide them under the dashboard but in an easily accessible place. This is good as they have an LED and 2 USB ports for additional devices. They load quickly and reliably.

We bought these to replace the existing USB charging ports in our caravan. You can turn them on when you're actually charging something, and they don't draw power from our battery when you turn them off. We removed the covers as we didn't need them. The blue operating light is soft and a good indicator that they're on.

I used these to replace all the original USB sockets in my caravan that were constantly using power.
