Great tool and super responsive customer service

I love how easy it is for me as an admin to create my bot. It's fairly simple to use, but there are definitely some things that could be improved like adding more options in customization of buttons/icons etc. Sometimes when we have multiple chatbot accounts with different bots using Chatbook, sometimes one account gets blocked from chatting due to another bot being active at the same time (not sure if this was intentional or not).   • Instagram profile pic vs Twitter DMs / email signatures & LinkedIn posts! User friendly, straight forward and multi language supported AI Chatbott

Easy configuration with simple interface for creating chatbot models using predefined features or create new custom ones through drag-and-drop mechanism. Support of multiple languages is another plus point in my book as well! A bit confusing that I am not able find any documentation related to this tool which makes me feel unconfident about it's future support capabilities.
