Review on Chatbook by Cody Wuol

I love how easy it is for me as an admin to create my bot. It's fairly simple to use, but there are definitely some things that could be improved like adding more options in customization of buttons/icons etc. Sometimes when we have multiple chatbot accounts with different bots using Chatbook, sometimes one account gets blocked from chatting due to another bot being active at the same time (not sure if this was intentional or not). We've been able to solve our problem by creating separate groups in each chatroom which prevents users who have access to both rooms from seeing their messages get mixed up. Our customers can now quickly connect with us via messenger without having to go through any additional steps.
