One of the dressing table lamps didn't work. 3 diodes worked and only the top diode. And don't say it's a polarity issue or the light wouldn't even come on. Wouldn't recommend this product at all.

They are very easy to replace and look great after installing them today. He lost a star because the dome of light they are putting out is the wrong size. There were actually 2 in my package (although it only lists one) but one was too small to stay in and the other was a bit too big. I pasted it there and it works, but I'm not sure if it will stay. If you watch an installation video on YouTube, they all install pretty easily. License plate lights or the only ones that are a bit glaring.

The name is misleading that it fits Tacoma 2016+. I have a 2019 Tacoma (which should fit) but the visor is the wrong size. The standard lamp is a bit longer. I toyed around with replacing the LED for almost an hour until I finally compared the 2 in size. The replacement bulb is shorter and you can light it up. Hell, I even made sure it stayed on once (I thought so), but putting the plastic cover on the dome light was enough vibration to turn it off. See attached image for size comparison.

I have a lux meter and have taken several light readings from the old and new bulbs. The stock amber bulbs may appear dimmer than the white LED bulbs to the untrained eye, but the Original Equipment bulbs provide more light. I got 1-1/2 times more light from the standard bulbs, and no matter where I got the readings from, the LEDs never exceeded the light output of the standard bulbs.
