Great task manager tool - especially useful during presentations

I like that it's easy to use, but not too simple. It does what it needs to do, and has a lot of options to customize your own workflow. The fact that it's keyboard driven is great for me as I'm always using my laptop at work. I dislike that when you're in the "edit" mode, there isn't a way to copy/paste text from another document into the edit window. This makes it very difficult to edit large documents if they are stored elsewhere. This is one of those programs where you have to get in the…

  • Lots o' customization possibilities (albeit sometimes overwhelming)
  • Very user friendly!
Cons
  • Can be slow
  • Copy & Pasting can only go within an individual project.
  • No ability save notes outside checkin

Great task manager and checklist maker app

It's easy to use, has many bells & whistles that you wouldn't find in other products (such as tags). The interface could look more professional - it looks like something from 5 years ago! I have been using this product for almost 2 months now with no problems so far but we do need some new features added such as reminders/alerts about upcoming deadlines etc., which will help us get projects done quicker without having issues later down when they come up again.. We don’t track our tasks at all…

  • I like that it's easy to use, has many bells & whistles that you wouldn't find in other products (such as tags)

  • I don't like that it's not as easy to find all the checklists within an account area
