See where they are made

Just as I remember my first pair. Super comfortable, well made. Fits true to size*. Size caution: see where they are made. I bought 3 pairs of chef pants, these, cargo and professional. I believe they were made in Egypt, cargo in Bangladesh and professional in China. My pant size is 30 or 32 depending on the day...so I bought the small ones. They are all of good length. But professional pants from China are narrow. I will still wear them but they will be the last pair I will pick out of three.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Pretty good

Sturdy and comfortable

I've only worn them for a few days but they fit straight away and don't last as long as the ones my employer gave me, they still feel just a little too long but rolled them up a bit and they were fine. The tip is good, prevents the plumber from showing up and no one needs to see it. They were roomy enough for all the essentials to breathe, and it was easy to slip your hands into the side or front pockets to access a marker, thermometer, or glove. The material seems to be of high quality butโ€ฆ

Thanks Revin Chef Works trousers aren't what they used to be

First of all I would like to thank Revain for the timely delivery of my order and the new original packaging. I was thinking of the same chef pants years ago and unfortunately Chef Works changed the materials they use to make chef pants. The last pair I bought were a lot softer and honestly fit better. From wide pants they are just a little tight. Not only do they not fit. They fit, but they're just uncomfortable to wear and have an odd fit. While not Revain's fault, I am not at all happy withโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

the seams came undone and frayed

i received these pants very quickly and they were ok if they were a bit long no problem i just took them. After taking them I washed them in delicate cold water as I didn't know if they would shrink or the color would run. When I took them out, I noticed that the outer seam had come undone. they must have been open already because I doubt it was washed delicately and no dryer would have caused this. I would return them if I didn't need them today so I sewed the seam as best as I could but theโ€ฆ

Comfortable work trousers for the kitchen with some compromises

These trousers fit well - a little long but not too long. The waist is also a little tight, but due to the elasticity, it doesn't matter much. It's fairly breathable - better for winter than summer, but good nonetheless. The material itself isn't what I would call soft, but it's not overly rough either. Seems pretty strong considering what I go through every day. I just hope the stitching will hold up for years to come, time will tell. My biggest complaint, which I didn't notice when orderingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to fit
Cons
  • Blank

I LOVE THESE PANTS - Amazing price - Comfortable fit

I LOVE THESE PANTS. They fit perfectly and at the same time the material is not heavy and thick; This is ideal as there is usually a lot of heat in certain areas of the kitchen. When you prepare you don't freeze, and when you work on the stove and oven you don't bathe in a river of your own sweat. Black is likely to be hotter in the summer and early fall months, as is ANY OTHER color when working outdoors in direct sunlight or assigned to an outdoor grill. Just wear white or another light color
