Must-Have KitchenAid Attachment!

NOT AS DESCRIBED. Beware! Do not wash in the dishwasher, do not sterilize.

I was specifically looking for a stainless steel coffee grinder that can be cleaned in the dishwasher. This listing states that this item is dishwasher safe and made of stainless steel. Neither is correct. The only stainless steel parts are the hopper and the shaft for the chopping shaft. The scale is made of cast aluminum and plastic. While the machine mowed down 10 pounds of Linguisa with no problems, the cleaning without the ability to run the equipment through any sterilization cycle…
