Fiction! in Cleaning Towels

Great fluffy large towels. excellent silk edge, easy to work with, absorbs a lot of water. I use 1 1/2 towels on my large Lexus. I just pull the sling and the water drops disappear. Wipe sides and windows. Tires too, I'm done. What I particularly like about these towels is that even after washing them in hot water to remove the dirt they stay clean and don't lose their color as long as you don't use bleach, fabric softener or tumble dry like you just came out of the packaging arrived. Do not…

First impressions are good

My first impression of these towels is good. They're not super plush, which is okay because they're sure to have some use. Six packs cost $13! I'm pretty sure it was a typo so I ordered right away. As for the label people are complaining about, mine ripped off easily if you're careful. I noticed that they turned the water in my washing machine pink the first time I washed it. As long as you wash them properly, you'll be fine. Wash with other microfibers, warm water, gentle cycle, unscented…

They are quite large and hold a ton of water.

High quality microfibre cloths. They are quite large and hold a ton of water. These wipes are considered some of the best microfiber I've used, but they have a problem. If you haven't read it in millions of other reviews, these HIDES are like there's no tomorrow if you delete them. However, you should wash your car washcloths yourself, you don't want chemicals on the rest of the cloths. I would highly recommend them if they didn't bleed so much, but they are still my favorite washcloth when…

CAREFUL! Beautiful towels BUT they bleed red paint

Cloths are great for polishing and installing express parts on your car. However, they are saturated with a red dye that bleeds and stains other microfiber towels if you wash them in one pack. I typically rinse towels in microfiber detergent for 24 hours before washing them fully in hot water. Red paint is still dripping off after 4 rinses and washes. I haven't noticed any red stains on my cars from using them with a quick wash or prewash spray as other reviewers have mentioned. I recommend…

Very good towels. but WASH THE RED *** ALONE ***!

Chemical Guys 24 x 16 pile towels are one of my favorite microfibers for general outdoor painting. However, shades of red have one major disadvantage: they wash out the color a lot during the first few washes. A pack of 6 towels will turn the wash water a deep red even if your machine fills the tub to the brim, I know that because I'm prewashing my last batch. You MUST pre-wash the red towels. at least 2-3 times with warm water before using them, otherwise you risk transferring the red dye to…
