Description of 🔵 4pcs Blue Breakout Board with Adjustable Gain - CHENBO MAX4466 Electret Microphone Amplifier Module

The MAX4466 Micphone Module is a micropower operational amplifier optimized for use as a microphone preamplifier. The MAX4466 has gain stability and provides a gain bandwidth of 200kHz with only 24μA supply current. After uncompress, a minimum stable gain of +5V / V is achieved and a 600kHz gain bandwidth product is provided. These amplifiers feature rail-to-rail output, high AVOL, and excellent power supply rejection and common-mode rejection ratios for operation in noisy environments. Connect GND to ground, VCC to 2.4-5VDC. For the best performance, use the "quietest" supply available ( this would be the 3.3V supply). This breakout is best used for projects such as voice changers, audio recordingmpling, and audio-reactive projects that use FFT.

Powerful Amplifier for Home Theater Performance!

Based on my observations, this electronics amplifier delivers superior sound quality and increased amplification for a truly immersive listening experience. It's easy to adjust and enhances any home theater setup. One minor complaint is that it's a bit bulky and requires some extra space. Overall, I highly recommend this amplifier for anyone looking to elevate their home audio.

1 out of 4 died on arrival, others failed shortly after

Of the three I've tested so far, the first was DOA, the second and third died after 10 minutes of use. I started with a 5v supply, dropped it to 4.5v, same problems. It doesn't appear to be a very reliable module.

The design is better than Adafruit modules.

This module works well in my audio reactive project and the build quality is good. To decrease the gain, turn the potentiometer clockwise instead of counterclockwise. Four of the four modules worked without problems. The design of this and similar modules is better than the corresponding Adafruit brand module because the Adafruit design has two 10uF capacitors that filter the input power. This can be important when the power supply is noisy, as the input bias applied to the 4466 is obtained…
