It arrived but was damaged

I don't like it when I open my package after having to get it from the side door downstairs. I opened it up and one of the corner pieces of the main timing cover gasket was torn off and now I can't use it.

So disappointed. We returned the goods and gave them away.

Goods receipt. According to the description, the product was black. NOT CORRECT. Chrome. So disappointed. We have returned the goods, we will try again. PLEASE send black this time! Enough please!

The product delivered does not match what was advertised. Must be returned again

The description and illustration refer to a black product. I ordered it because I needed it in black. They sent it to me and it was all chrome plated (not the same as in the description). I came back thinking it was an accident. I ordered black again. They sent me chrome again. I will come back for the 2nd time. Please describe exactly what is being sent.
