I'm a bit disappointed in the quality considering this is a Chi product. I don't plan on returning it as it does the job but the quality looks cheap and feels like it's made in China too. Not worth the price.

Finally my Qi back! When my old one got stolen I tried Paul Mitchell, HSI, TYME and a few other randoms. Nothing compares to Chi!

Looks exactly like the picture heats up and cools down very quickly I have seen several reviews stating this item is not genuine. I can't speak to its authenticity but I will say it works better than my previous private label straightener. Overall I'm happy with future purchase for the price but I might consider trying something else just because I think you can find similar items for a little less.

Only lasted a little under a month, stopped heating normally unlike the first day I received it. Another thing to consider is that it doesn't get up to 410F. I returned it as it didn't live up to what I was hoping for as the reviews are good.

I have had several CHI irons and they all liked them but this one is not like the others and I am not entirely sure if it is a genuine CHI iron acts. I am very dissatisfied with its performance. This is the first time I've bought it from Revain and it will be the last time I'll ever buy it from Revain.
