If you have seen my review of another short sleeve version it is the same. I should note that when I went to the kids, they were running out of 5T long sleeve shirts. I went to the boys section instead of the toddler section and found the exact same size in a very small size. I assume a very small size would correspond to 4T. Hope that helps. This shirt was bought for my 8 year old. He has a large torso and above average weight/height. He is very picky about the material he will wear. He wore this for a Halloween costume (Fred from Scooby-Doo) and was comfortable the whole time he was cheating or treating. He lasted a total of 5 hours. Washes up so well. And it surprisingly didn't discolor even after eating the candy (although I washed it the next day). Outstanding quality for the price.

I needed a collared black shirt for my 12 year old son for a performance he was giving at school.
