According to my experience with this cookware, the metal started rusting after a few uses .It's disappointing to spend money on something that doesnt last. On the plus side the pots are easy to clean and have a good weight to them. However, I can't recommend them to any Home and Kitchen enthusiasts as the quality just isn't there. They were definitely the right size for 2 people but I would have had a hard time cooking for 3 unless one of them was on a very strict diet! The pan tended to burn even on a low heat and the copper(?) on the bottom went crazy after the first use. I keep them because the size is big but the metal is lighter than I really wanted.
