So happy I chose her!

I was very impressed with the quality of these molds for the price. I used to buy another brand but they weren't in that style so I took a chance even though some of the reviews were pretty rude and talked about scratches and whatnot. I bought two and they arrived in perfect condition. If you temper your chocolate, use enough cocoa butter, and keep them in the fridge for about 10 minutes, they will pop out and look great! So happy I bought them!

Better than I expected. Solidly built, this shape has already survived being loaded and unloaded from the freezer for installation and the latches just gently fall out when finished. No tapping, twisting required. However, I couldn't twist it even if I tried, it has real weight. I won't be using those flimsy, fragile plastic things that you have to twist anymore. If I need more molds, I'll buy a few more.

Nothing for professionals/perfectionists!

Pros: Good sized bars. Polycarbonate material is heavy and comfortable. Designed to last a long time with proper use. Cons: If you want a flawless and beautiful bar, this shape is not for you. It was riddled with minor scratches, blemishes and blemishes that will ALL transfer to the surface of your glossy lead.
