I usually wear a medium size (I'm 21, male, about 5ft 10", 190 pounds, well built). I deliberately chose a large size so as not to risk it. I love the shirt but you should be aware that this shirt fits snugly around my shoulders and even my forearms if you exercise or just have fairly large arms. Now I will wear it as a t-shirt in winter. Definitely order at least two sizes larger.

What I like best is that this product keeps its color even with warm laundry and keeps good elasticity in the sleeve cuffs even when the sleeves are constantly rolled up (a must see my book!) .

The title says all you need. If you are interested in sizing, I'm an athletic type but small 5ft 7in, chest 37, waist 30. It fits pretty much what I want. If I wanted it to be like a layering tank top, I would go for XSmall.
