Quantity does not match description

I'm unpacking decorations for a small gift to take the kids home to my kids' school for the winter holidays. According to the description there should be 100 bells, but I only unpacked 99. I'm still checking and sorting the rest.

Affordable, worth jewelry, huge selection, quality, hours of fun!

This is a very inexpensive DIY jewelry kit. It's great for the whole family. In fact, I bought an empty tube of paint, a set of brushes, bottles of paint; this set and storage bags with zipper. I laid out 20 bags with different decorations and another ton stayed at home and shared everything. And I give it to my sons teacher for art activities because they do virtual learning and it works perfectly and is very affordable. All decorations are high quality, no odd edges or splinters. Amazing amount of decorations, could use more decorations, great markers, great price

Although I wish the embellishments were a little thicker as one broke, overall this is a great set at a great price. 476 pieces for only ten dollars meant I only needed one set to share with all Boy Scouts. We couldn't do our party because of the pandemic, so we just sent the sets home in a decorative gift bag for each Scout. The only real complaint I had was that in terms of the amount of jewelry there was just not enough jewelry. So we ended up reducing the number of decorations in each pouch
