First scooter I received, folding pole broke within a week, sent for exchange. Got a replacement and has been fine for months and now the folding clip is broken/broken again. Very disappointed, may need a new design for this part.

My 5 year old flattened one of the rear wheels while applying the brakes. She has only used this scooter a few times and now I have to buy new wheels for it. She outgrew the other and lived with her for about two years. The rear light is the same, no problem.

My 6 year old daughter loved this scooter. I like that it folds up and you can adjust the height. It worked great but one day when she was riding it it just lost grip near the front wheels and now the bottom of the scooter is scratching the ground when she tries to ride it. was 6 months old. Very disappointed.

I bought this scooter as a gift for my 7-year-old granddaughter in July 2020, gave her for her birthday at the end of August. It is now the end of October and the base is cracked and scratched on the ground making it unsafe. I called customer service and I think I left a message but I'm not entirely sure as everything is beeping. Bad fit, absolutely not recommended.

Bought as a stable scooter for my 3 year old who wanted to ride scooters with his older brothers. At the lowest level, this is a good height for them. The boys had to work too. I liked how smooth it drives and the light up wheels. The knobs don't rotate by tilting the knobs in the desired direction. It looks good because the front wheel doesn't spin and doesn't get in the way of a child learning to balance.
