I prefer laminated wood seats because they aren't that cold on the ass but this does the job, had to go with it because someone accidentally left some hair dye on the wood we had and messed it up so we decided that we can't eat good stuff and i chose this plastic one which turned out to be really good i mean it does the job. I was wondering how bad a regular toilet seat could be? Turns out it's really bad. It's easy to install, but when you lift the toilet seat, it's covered in ridges that catch anything horrible that gets into the toilet, making it impossible to clean. Nowhere in the catalog of this photo is not present. Must be, because I would have made a better choice. I know it's supposed to be "removable" for cleaning, but if I take it off the cheap plastic clips every week to clean it, it'll probably last me
