DIMENSIONS: Product specifications and technical details constitute a Maximum Overall Length (MOL) of 5.43 inches. Ideal for desk

Great for the desk. We use a flexible neck floor lamp to illuminate the workspace for our desktop. The four-tube fluorescent lamp is suitable for our lamp and easy to install. So far we've had good value for money; this. Long life, with original bulb and a spare. The last one blew up unexpectedly (of course!) and we were pleased with the speedy delivery of a replacement. Ordering two packs gives us some leeway to avoid this problem in the future. Very happy with the purchase.

You may need to slightly sand all 4 tabs on the bottom of the lamp to allow it to fit and stay in place.

We tried both lamps. They switched on and off. We found that we couldn't get the bulb to slide down firmly and stay on. I had to try to hold the lightbulb to stop it. I noticed someone said they cut off the tabs and then it worked in their Veriflux lamp. We compared the reeds at the base of the lamp to the old one that had burned out and found that the new lamps have slightly longer reeds. We say so little that you can see it visually, but you can't really measure it. We used a Dremel tool and…

At $4.17 each, it's the cheapest you can get.

TL:DR - I took it for the price. Period. (Minor update - no the bulb is still working, fingers crossed so not "in 2 days" as I said previously, but after seeing another review before this one was approved - prior to this update - it was mentioned that the reviewer didn't I won't get 6 CIATA lightbulbs next 20 years (my first one blew out after 3 years) I hope they last long but I don't have the opportunity to test (and I definitely don't want to test and revising what says "in 2 days" ) ) Maybe
