First time buying this type of product. I was planning to rewind the handlebars of a road bike and saw this. Thought this would be a great opportunity to try it and so far so good. Only tried twice and seems to make a difference. I have another road bike with the original handlebar covers and this one seems to be more comfortable. I'll probably buy it again but I still need to give it some time to ride. I'm glad I made this purchase.

When I ordered I received 2 in a pack. They are softer than all other gel pads and slightly narrower. Installation was a little problematic, but not critical. I ended up using a few pieces of tape to hold them in place while I tapped the bars. The square end at the end of the rod then rises drop by drop to the exit holes. Once in the bars they are great. Definitely feel the difference in drops. Being narrow compared to other pads, they give the handlebars a slightly oval shape and feel good…
