The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

I mostly watch HDR 4K from PC. Clarity like a commercial movie theater. The color rendition is so beautiful that words cannot describe, there is a photo in the review, but you can see these shades only on a monitor that displays the DCI-P3 color gamut. In general, the best projector in terms of color reproduction for the money.

Pros
  • Correct and juicy colors in HDR Factory calibrated DCI P3 96% Rec 709 100% Sharpness and clarity in any part of the projection Dynamic iris
Cons
  • There is everything that is declared by the manufacturer, so no.

I switched from BenQ w2022 without expecting anything in terms of a breakthrough. But it's just wow. I use for Playstation 5 in terms of games and media consoles zidoo x9s in terms of ip TV and movies.

Pros
  • Picture quality in 4k with HDR for which it was purchased; automatic switching to 4k HDR 10 when viewing similar content.
Cons
  • Fan noise depends on the content being served. The highest of course in 4k.

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

I studied the projector market for a long time and followed the news, I saw this projector and the first thing that impressed me was the size of the projected image. From 3 meters you get 120 inches. If you add 4k support to the huge image, as well as HDR, then it becomes one of the best projectors for home use. There is a possibility to adjust the color from the menu, although in the standard settings the movie looks amazing! In the box was a card with a subscription to Netflix - I'll see if…

Pros
  • Design, built-in sound, size and picture quality
Cons
  • It is difficult to find content of a sufficient level of quality. You need to think in advance about what devices and how you will use for sound.

Good value for money, I recommend.

This is my first home projector. I use it as a supplement. entertainment monitor. The main video source is from a PC in 4K 60fps incl. with HDR. For about 4 months of operation, I watched more than 300 hours of content, I get pleasure! The only thing is that there is not enough experience in live comparison, I have not seen "showrooms" in the city, YouTube reviews do not convey the real picture of what is happening (* reviewed tons of reviews), they are misleading. This projector is very good…

Pros
  • Bright, "honest" colors in SDR and high resolution, 60fps, acceptable delays when outputting video from a PC (the manufacturer says 83ms), you can play dynamic games, good HDR support (the difference is visible, there are more colors, more transitions, better implemented than high-quality software processing on a PC in SDR. But this is not a full-fledged HDR. Also, when outputting HDR content from a PC, there is no difference in the image when encoding 8 and 12 bits (*10 bits for this projector cannot be selected in the video card settings, but for other device (monitor) - it is possible, there is no distortion in the image at the same time)). Good image quality at the level of a normal LCD monitor with an 8-bit IPS matrix (in SDR), almost all hue transitions in the brightest and darkest colors, as well as black / white are visible (the blue transition in the brightest color is slightly lost (* especially in HDR mode), black - in the darkest. You can watch in a room with very low light, weak screen light does not spoil the picture much, while good colors are preserved. But this projector is not for well-lit rooms. The presence of a remote control with backlight. With a screen width of 2 meters, there is no pronounced "pixel" effect, no screenor effect. Even many movies in 1080p look no worse than 4K.
Cons
  • Price! Slightly "raw", but more or less stable firmware 1.05 at the moment (June 2022), glitches rarely happened, for example, there could be light / darkening on the screen floor for a second, sometimes several times for several times. minutes. I did not catch the pattern of their appearance. Later glitches disappeared, no longer observed. Noisy, especially if hanging overhead. Blacks in dark scenes are not quite black, there is some light, especially in "Cinema" mode (*the main, "correct" mode in SDR). In bright images, due to the contrast, black looks very good. I am very worried about the lamp life and subsequent replacement (until there was experience), it is not known how long the DMD chip will last. High risk of failure in case of accidental disconnection from the power supply (fans stop), dustiness, insufficient cooling, etc. By the way, there are no dust filters, it is not known how soon it will become clogged with dust inside. Mechanical parts, speeds - not very good, but it all depends on the quality. A 2-year warranty is not much, and even then, only when buying from an authorized seller, acc. price. No automated lens settings (manual mechanical adjustment). Weak, simplified software functionality, incl. built-in player (You can finish a little manually). Lens shift (image) - only 10% vertically (but at least it is). To protect the lens after turning off, a cap on a string is provided)

I didn't like it, I don't recommend buying.

The main recommendation - if you decide on this projector, test it very actively for two weeks! Very interesting comment from BENQ representative I'm ready to consider a second purchase, but at a relatively adequate American price like on the HT3550 Pros below: Hi all! I watched about 6-8 hours in 6 days after purchase and the projector turned off and did not turn on again. Purchased from an online store, an authorized BENQ dealer. I advise you to immediately write a claim + make a return…

I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

In general, the projector is terribly satisfied. This is a real revolution in technology. TV? Nope, not at all. The projector has a whole bunch of settings. Once at the beginning I played around, set it up as it was pleasant for the eye and forgot. Right now the remote is only used to turn it on and off. Would I buy again? Yes, sure. I don't see any alternatives. Perhaps it would be worth considering his younger brother in the lineup, but alas, it is impossible to compare live - there is simply

Pros
  • Bought in February for 127 thousand. Before this projector was Acer H5350 HD Ready (720p). I will compare with him (he served me faithfully for 10 years. Flight time is 2200 hours in eco mode. Fully serviceable. I put it in the box, it's a pity to sell it.) Let's go back to Benq. What I liked was the picture quality. 4K HDR is simply amazing. It seems that you can plunge into what is happening on the screen. Detailing, colors, well, just fantastic. You can approach the screen at arm's length and even at this distance you can't see the pixels and the picture is very watchable. There is a black color and it is very good! The room is fully prepared - no windows, black ceiling, dark walls. I use economy mode. It is worth noting that there are several economical modes. There is a silence mode and 4k is turned off with it (did not use it). The firmware is the latest from the factory, there are no problems with HDR, which are described in the reviews earlier. Everything works without glitches. I tried 3D, it also looks amazing, I took palmexx glasses. As for DLP and rainbow. On my old ACER, there is no rainbow, but it was noticeable, although I got used to it and generally did not notice it. I have never seen a rainbow on benq. Even with specially quick eye movements, he tried to see a rainbow, but did not see it. Flight time at the time of recall was about 150 hours.
Cons
  • 1. Chromatic aberrations. You do not expect this from a projector of this level for such horse money. This was not the case with my ancient Acer. And this is not connected with the screen, because. all these charms can be seen on anything, if you put it in front of the screen. Even just on the hand - everything is perfectly visible. It should be noted that they are visible when viewed from a distance of about a meter from the screen. They do not always appear and do not interfere with watching a movie, because. not noticeable from a distance. But it's still not pleasant. 2. Noise. Well, he's buzzing. Well, it's making noise. And this is in the economy lamp mode. Yes, you get used to it, but it takes some time to get used to. Acer in the economy was not audible at all, as if it were not there. Something is buzzing overhead. Now louder, then quieter, then generally like a vacuum cleaner. It would probably be better if the fan speed was static. Then it would be easier to get used to. And the tone is constantly changing. In general, it could be much quieter. And it should be much quieter! I hope the next Benq models will take care of this. I consider this shortcoming to be serious. It won't suit everyone.
