Requires only the camera's manual mode and is not fully compatible with Sony cameras. Image quality is mediocre. I wasn't expecting much from a $99 lens, but it still feels short.

I had a good understanding of what the lens is capable of, it's a fun lens, all images are round, not recommended for portraits, images are very clear even at the edges. Caution should be exercised when using this lens. Because it's at a 190 degree angle, your feet will be in the photos.

This is a round fisheye lens with barrel distortion. It takes a few tries to get used to it. Photocopy or LED TV Skeen is a try. Framing the frame by manipulating the placement and using the "Focus Magnifier" on my Sony A6000 works well to get those curved lines in an interesting part of the frame.

I'm not a professional photographer but I enjoy spending time taking good pictures. I bought this lens to shoot on fun occasions and to be honest the results have been excellent. The quality of the shots when zoomed in is amazing and it fits my Sony camera perfectly. To be honest I am very happy with my purchase.

The round image is the main downside of this lens and it really is a toy lens so no kidding! The quality of the mount is also an issue as it doesn't slide very well on my Sony 6400 E mount (crop sensor). A low-light image quality of 2.0 was also desirable (honest comment from the aforementioned camera's low-light photographer). Didn't expect much and this happened. Maybe it's better if you get a fish eye for your phone.

I did this because a high aperture was attractive and was said to work with full frame E-frames in APS-C frames, but it definitely doesn't work. The camera image is in crop mode and it's clear that it still has a lot of vignetting. A friend of mine who bought a similar lens told me that mine looks the same in crop mode as his full frame, so I'm going to return this one and buy what he got. The picture quality may be good, but it doesn't work with my camera.

I've never played with a fisheye lens and I'm still discovering the potential of this lens. I bought it for long exposure night shots, which I haven't had a chance to try yet. Because of its insanely wide 190 degree field of view, I can photograph the entire sky by looking straight up and the horizon appears 360 degrees around the photo.
