Great for cocktails.

Although it is expensive, the ice balls turn out perfect every time. If you love cocktails enough to think about it, you should definitely get yourself a set. Also, ice melts very slowly. Even compared to a large ice cube or other scoop ice cream from molds. Truly a game changer for classic cocktails.

A work of art in the sphere

The Cirrus Press looks amazing and does amazing things. It's hard to miss you're sitting on the counter, and it's an instant conversation starter; really was a great icebreaker (no pun intended) for home gatherings. A friend had a Macallan version and I saw a device for making ice cream balls out of feathery feathers while doing a little research. Expensive? Yes, but I am happy with the purchase. Excuse me now while I enjoy the rest of my delicious whiskey.

A lucky find at a charity auction

I bought it cheaply at an auction! No one wanted a "slightly" used whiskey ice maker, but as I deal in impoverished Haitian children (it's a lucrative market) I need them because most of my customers have rather extravagant tastes. My henchmen and I had a good laugh and wondered if the lady who wrote the above review could be who we got this from. Haha, what a coincidence. One commented that we could feed the kids and have good drinks. I fed him to my favorite shark for showing such weakness…

The Finer Things best in Bar & Wine Tools

Looking at this product, would it be easier if you made a ball shape first? Wouldn't heating the ice make it warmer and dilute my drink faster? Doesn't that make the ice block as clear as my freezer? Well, someone who thinks that way is probably not someone who is willing to spend a thousand dollars on a device to make a round block of ice, so go ahead, my humble and unimaginative friend! Cirrus Ice Ball Press is another 0.1% of us who know that sometimes the best things in life come at a…

The Cirrus 2.75 ice press literally rocks!

I love my ice cream press. I made about 150 ice cream scoops which cost $6 for an ice cream scoop. I add them to my cereal, iced tea, and pretty much everything else. How to make a transparent block of ice: It all depends on how the ice freezes. The home method involves chilling a block of ice in a large 32-ounce mug near the refrigerator door. Strip the bottom half of the mug. First, the top of the ice slowly freezes and the bottom becomes cloudy, all within 24 hours. Cut off the cloudy half…
