We have been using this tool to build our customer centric journey map, which helps us in deciding what are we going to do next? What is my focus should be towards now! This has helped me understand where I am lagging behind from others, as well how can i improve myself so that customers get more value out of their engagement with my brand/business etc., The product itself isn't bad at all but it could use some UI improvements like making everything easier to navigate through (it's not easy!).
