Received this in May 2021 and installed a 6 foot 11 strand railing on an enclosed balcony. This is at house 3 150 m from the coast. It's October now. The cable still looks pretty good, but it does get rusty/stained. It does not corrode in any way and does not lose strength. But the color change is already noticeable.
