I wanted curlers that were easy to use and gave my hair a little wave, not curl. I wanted a beachy, natural look. This curler is perfect for that. These are pretty much curling irons but they give my hair a very slight wave.

There are only two of them, there is no gradual setting at all, but to make it worthwhile I use a longer hold low setting after spraying some heat protectant on my hair. This thing amazed me! My hair is naturally thin and completely straight. It was easy to use once I got the hang of it - you have to hold it with your thumb on the lever (pictured) and the underside facing up, and swear with your roots as hard as you can to something add punch. I like this curling iron because it creates beachy curls in a very short time. I usually braid my hair to get those fun beach curls but I have to wait at least half a day for my curls to come out right but this curler cuts that time in half! It also comes with a protective glove which is great if you get badly burned.

So far so good! I had another from a different brand and the kegs were too big. It's more or less a crumpled, beachy California vibe that I love. Two temperature settings. My hair is already thick, long and curly on its own, it has also been bleached (5 to 8 on the ends). It still gives me my natural vibe but more precise and less frizzy. I liked it very much the first time! Perfect waves and it was easy to use! However the second time I used it I was on vacation and all of a sudden it started sparking and making popping noises and before I could figure out what was going on the switch in the bathroom of the hotel room I was in broke!
