I liked it very much the first time! Perfect waves and it was easy to use! However the second time I used it I was on vacation and all of a sudden it started sparking and making popping noises and before I could figure out what was going on the switch in the bathroom of the hotel room I was in broke! I had to get to the hotel staff and figure out how to fix it because the outlet had no power at all and the crimpers themselves burned out completely! Definitely gave me a fright and I'm glad it was in a place that had an electrician on hand! If this were my house I would have to pay an electrician to fix my outlet and whatever damage happened! So I got a lot of this once and had to return it for a refund. Glad it didn't burn!
