PITA for fitting if you don't follow the charts on the fitting card exactly.

After setup and troubleshooting emails from Johnny @ CKL. It works like a charm. Beware of DP-HDMI cables. I had one that worked on an HP workstation and another of exactly the same type that didn't work on a Dell Latitude. Johnny recommended a short unidirectional DP male to HDMI adapter and it worked flawlessly. Remember that all USB to HDMI adapters are mainly for USB3. CPU ports and only shows 800x600 on a USB2 CPU port. Once completed it works like a charm and my client is delighted.

Solution for three monitors connected to Mac and PC

I've been trying to connect three monitors to Mac and PC for ages and finally found a solution that worked. Connect the supplied cable from the computer to the KVM. Connect the other HDMI cables that came with the kit to the monitors.

Triple monitor solution for Mac and PC

Fried mouse and keyboard

I've had the device since about April or May and everything was fine, sometimes it would skip keystrokes or repeat keystrokes quickly until another key was pressed, but otherwise everything was ok. All of a sudden that evening (October 25, 2020) it just started out of nowhere beeping rapidly and making popping noises that smelled like burning electronics. He roasted and took away my Razer Huntsman keyboard and Razer Basilisk mouse. Don't buy this!

Didn't last long, several ports failed

Monitor splitting works fine. You have to connect your headphones/microphone to each individual computer and the mouse/keyboard ports on the back of the device do not work after owning it for about 3 months. Very disappointed considering the price of the product.
