Not for 2012 Toyota

Not for 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I really wanted this product to work but after trying to put it on the pedal for 20 minutes it just wouldn't hold up.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Modern

Did not fit and was prop marked 65

Not suitable for 2002 F350. So from 1999 to 2002 F350 it will not fit. About 1 inch shorter. There was also a Prop 65 cancer warning on the box.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Not bad

someone can easily push the pedal all the way forward to remove this stick

This product works by touching the bottom to the floorboard and lifting the hook to prevent depressing the brake/clutch. The Explorer with variable pedal adjustment does not stretch the product sufficiently. Someone can easily push the pedal all the way forward to remove this stick.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Nothing

someone can easily push the pedal all the way forward to remove this stick

This product works by hitting the Bottom of the board against the board bottom, and the hook will be raised to prevent the brake/clutch from being squeezed. The Explorer with variable pedal adjustment does not stretch the product sufficiently. Someone can easily push the pedal all the way forward to remove this racket.

Pros
  • With a simple squeeze, the Club Brake Lock attaches securely to either the brake or clutch pedal, preventing both from being depressed
Cons
  • Negative impression

Every convertible should have one.

Fits my Jeep Wrangler perfectly. Since Jeeps are so easy to hack, I use this to make sure the car stays where I leave it. It's easy to use and very obvious to anyone looking out the window. A tip for users: make sure you lock it with the driver's door key. This greatly simplifies unlocking.

Pros
  • Has a bright red border for better visibility
Cons
  • Has cons

Works perfectly! But be careful with the brake light switch!

The brake seems to be a great anti-theft device and I'm glad I have it BUT. Be careful if you have an old car. After setting up the club and doing some work on my car, I noticed that for some reason my brake lights were on even when the car was completely off! I was concerned and first checked that the fuse was working properly. Then I googled a bit. and found that near the top of the brake pedal "lever" is a brake pedal switch that is in either the down (when the brake is applied) or up (when…

Pros
  • Universal, fits almost all cars, trucks, vans and SUVs
Cons
  • Nothing

My car was broken into but they couldn't remove the brake lock!

I can say that this device saved my car from theft. I drive a late 90's Honda Civic. Although they are reliable and not very glamorous, they are often stolen because they are quite easy to steal and there is a demand for spare parts. Knowing this, I've had it for a number of years and always wear it when I'm not in the garage. I've been using it for years with no problems, although there haven't been any tests to really know how effective it is. That was until a few weeks ago I went to my car…

  • Club's patented self-locking system locks in one movement
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
