One that worked exactly how we wanted it to

I live in an apartment and my only outdoor space is on my balcony. I love plants so I have several on my balcony but watering became very cumbersome as I had to water them manually with buckets and jugs. Watering my plants became a breeze when we discovered we could use the kitchen faucet to connect a garden hose. We've tried other devices, but none of them worked as well as this one. We were so glad we found something that worked exactly as we expected.

BEST SHORT LINK I HAVE EVER USED

This is the best quick link I have ever used and I probably bought it all. The bad thing about it, and there's no getting around it, is that it's not stainless steel and doesn't match the sleek lines of my faucet. The big plus is that the aerator works great, delivering more flow than needed for a smelly, limited flow of water. The quick release part is well designed and easy to remove and snap into place. I use it as a watering wand for my window plants in the greenhouse. Exactly what I've…

Ideal for household washing machines.

Pros: Good for connecting apartment size washing machines. Looks very high quality and looks better than normal adapters. A replaceable aerator on the faucet is included so when it's unplugged you still have a 'normal' flow of soda water for washing hands etc. Cons: A little dripping/leaking. Not much, and since you're already over the sink it doesn't matter. The floor is completely made of plastic. Can last forever but is obviously a potential weak point if overused. Conclusion: I'm glad I got

Crash on first use

I really wanted this to work. I have to make several trips with 2-2 gallon watering cans to water my indoor garden in the winter. An adapter would allow me to use a hose which would make this job a lot easier. The adapter connected easily to my faucet. I connected my hose, checked for leaks, straightened the hose and was ready to go. Unfortunately, the moment I turned on the faucet and walked away from the sink, the plastic part of the top half of the adapter ripped off, leaving the metal…

so good. I hesitated to buy this item based on .

So far so good. I was hesitant to purchase this product based on the reviews but due to the lack of options I decided to give it a try. I bought this to attach to my kitchen sink for patio watering. I bought a very soft and flexible hose and so far it has worked well. I don't pour water at full capacity to avoid excessive pressure on the nozzle. I use a Lowe hose called the Zero-G from Teknor Apex. My goal was not to pull anything on the faucet or over pressurize it, so that combination seems…

5 stars across the board!

I had to run a hose from my kitchen sink in my apartment, through my living room and out onto the patio to water my collection of 40 precious rose bushes. I was a little apprehensive about this challenge, have never done it and didn't want any leaks or problems either. This customization fit the bill and worked great. Instructions are on the box and there is a clear picture of the installation (which only takes a few seconds). I was thrilled when I turned on the water and not a drop escaped…

Great product to stay sticky!

Great product if you constantly connect a hose to an indoor faucet. My hot tub is right in front of the bathroom sink. So now when the water runs out or fills up, I just open the window, put on a short hose and fill it up. Being able to leave adapters on both the hose and the faucet is very nice. The other sink adapters I've used have to be removed after each use as they don't have built in aerators (ensures smooth water flow). Great because now I don't risk tearing the threads off my faucet…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly

Aquarium Hobbyist's Dream

If you have an aquarium, CONNECT ONE to a 3/8 inch garden hose adapter. This saves you many hours of time and protects your back. Changing the water is as follows: 1. Connect the hose to the tap and put the other end in the tank. 2. Quickly open the faucet so that the water flows into the tank and all the air escapes from the hose, hold the end of the hose under the water. 3. Turn off the faucet, disconnect the end of the hose from the adapter and place it in the bathtub (stop the water flow…

(Yet) better than what I was looking for!

I've been waiting for this for years! I live in an apartment and have a compact (portable) washing machine and table top dishwasher. Without a separate water connection, I have to connect them to the sink in the bathroom or in the kitchen. I kept a quick release spigot on both sinks as it was very difficult to swap aerators and spigots often. It didn't look pretty and the water flowed vigorously through the quick release which resulted in lots of splashing if I wasn't careful, but it was easier
