I am 12 inch tall. Some shoes run small. These are a bit big. I changed from size 13 to original size 12. Shoes still don't fit, 11.5 would probably fit as expected.

Shoes are great! Good quality and looks great. The only thing is that they are a bit big. This pattern appears to be larger than usual.

I first ordered my usual shoe size 10.5 but they were huge. I reordered size 9.5 and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and look great in both casual and business shoes. I would definitely take the advice of some of the other reviews and order a half or full size down from your usual size.

Tried to replace a similar pair of Clarks that had lasted for years. These are sad copies of great shoes. The fit was sloppy and no lateral support. I need wide shoes but they just felt cheap and uncomfortable. I've had much better luck with half price brand name shoes.
