Beyond Disappointment. I received the car on Sunday and on Wednesday it was in the return box. My first problem was that the needle got stuck in the baseplate so I couldn't even remove the baseplate to get the needle out as the needle was stuck in the baseplate. Called and emailed Singer and on both occasions they told me they couldn't help me and that I would have to send it in for repairs.
