This collar fits well and I feel more secure knowing it's not just a plastic buckle to protect my dog from danger. As others have mentioned, just tying the leash to a small ring acts like a choke collar. But if you attach a leash to both rings, it works like a regular, secure collar.

I would buy the collar again. This is actually the third one I've bought from Hyhug. Note, however, that any markings you make on the D-ring must be threaded through the O-ring to secure the collar. If you have a large ID tag, vaccinations, chip, etc., you can attach it to the O-ring. I did that and no problem. However, this renders the D-ring somewhat unusable. This is also a good collar.
