Classy Kitty Story Condo 13 5X13 5X26 Review

Excellent product but why not finish the back. He remains without a carpet. We have two of them and they face a fireplace with small sofas facing the living room. The unfinished back is very ugly. We laid the carpet in the back ourselves. For the price paid it must be finished.

Love this cat house! The first one we bought lasted over ten years (seen in the photo next to the new one). Replacement as the carpet is tangled from years of cat scratching and my family often sat on this cat flat and eventually deformed its shape. I put a new one in and there is access from the bottom hole to the top which wasn't clear to me from the photos. As soon as I put the new one on the floor, my cat crashed into it. It weighs about 15 pounds and fits well to the floor.

I originally found the cat bed at a local discount store and after 4 years it was showing its age, scratchy but still in good condition. I have two cats so I decided to buy another one and bring the older one upstairs for her comfort. My house has plenty of sleeping places for cats, but they love the couch! This product is excellent in every way but one. My cat found it necessary to point this out. It is inserted in the space between the vertical part and the corner part. The space of the triangle is large enough to try to pass through and too small to allow it. He got stuck in it and spun around. I was grateful to be there when it happened. He is a medium sized nine pound cat. He really loved her, but I had to take her away from him. Kittens would be fine. It's also too short for the average cat.

I've searched stores for a scratch replacement to no avail. He prefers a horizontal scratch product to a vertical rack.
