The product is ok but I can't contact customer service or buy replacement brushes anywhere. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you! Update - it's been 3 months - still haven't heard from customer support and it's officially dead. Keeps saying it needs charging but it's always dead.

The cost cleaner worked for a week and just quit. There is nothing in it and everything was clear, it just does not work and does not load. The mop is terrible. It lubricates the floor when some water drips. Adheres to all carpets. I recommend buying Deboth or Shark. The price may be high, but at least it works.

Absolutely bad suction power. If you want this thing to collect more than Lint, you're going to be very disappointed. Spend more money to get something better. There are no wheels, just suction to vacuum, so it doesn't pick up 90% of what you'd expect from a robot vacuum. The water tank for mopping only holds drops of water and is an absolute joke.

I have 3 dogs so you can imagine how many hairs can fall on the floor in a day. I bought this as an option as I didn't feel comfortable spending £900 on a Roomba. It worked very well at first, but now it randomly gets stuck in a corner and can't find a way out, so it shuts down. It's a little frustrating as I didn't buy it for babysitting.
