It leaves my skin so clean and fresh. Although I use it twice a day, I haven't had any issues with it being too harsh. I love this brush! The bristles are softer than some other face brushes I've tried and the battery lasts a long time. I've been using it in my morning routine for the past two weeks and I've noticed that my pores have gotten smaller. I haven't had that many breakouts either. Very happy with this purchase!

I like it a lot, it cleans perfectly but it's awkward to charge. Every time I plug it into the charger, the charger itself makes a TERRIBLE and LOUD buzz which is not normal. I try not to leave it alone or for too long because I saw a review with a photo that looked like the charger had melted or possibly caught fire. I'm not sure about this charger and the sound is so obnoxious that it's hard to control it for long before finally having to unplug it.

It's pretty awful, I went into the bathroom, thought I smelled burnt plastic, looked everywhere and realized it was the charging station for this cleaner. I'm glad I caught him before he burned my house down!
