Clear Placemat Set Washable Resistant Review

I bought these for a slightly unconventional use. We have a crazy black cat who loves to splash water out of her bowl. Water gets on all of our painted drywall which can eventually cause damage. So I was looking for something thin, light and crystal clear to protect our walls, which is very suitable for this purpose. I bought some 3M Clear Command Strips to attach to the wall and so far the combination has worked great. They are very invisible on the walls.

Don't waste your money on this. Arrived damaged. The edges are rough, "cracked" in places. I tried to return them. We missed the first pickup and put a sticker saying I was abandoned. Left the box on the porch for a week. They never raised it. So I decided to use them under plants and such. I put two on the table. The two least damaged. I've been using it for less than a month. Although they are matte rather than transparent (which is what I expected from photos) they all have a hole on the short side as if they need to be hung somewhere.
