Beautiful and works great

Great value for money. 3ft is not too long or too short for me like 4-6ft extensions. I have no problems plugging in plugs. The connectors remain beautiful and reliable.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Free shipping good for power strips

power strips are ok they are not a surge protector as i thought. At first glance they were a good deal and I hurried, they work but could definitely be better.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • there are new competitors

NOT LOADER!

The online product description says it has a 15Amp breaker but the product packaging specifically says it is NOT a surge protector, it just gives you more plugs and you will need a separate surge protector use fuse

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I will add later

Very important. for accessories and consumables

So far they seem to be neat shards. We have one on each side of the bed and have had no problems in about 2 months and use it daily. I used to sell electronics for a living and I agree that they get the job done for a great price.

Pros
  • Pretty to look at
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

So far so good - Power strips

I've been using them for a few months now, no problems so far. It doesn't get hot and the cord is long enough for me. I would have preferred surge protectors, but they're fine for my use (only a few things plug into them, like an alarm clock and lamp).

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Sad hardware

Quality Control Issue

Unfortunately, these strips are defective - potential fire hazard. Each of the 6 sockets appear to have a manufacturing defect at the depth of the socket. I checked both strips and both had the same problem. I have a Belkins bar and just in case I inserted the plugs into the sockets on the Belkins bars and the plug came in clean and secure with good contact. Not so with the Clear Powerstrips. The plug was not fully inserted into the Clear Power jack, creating a dangerous gap, ie potential…

Pros
  • Reasonable Performance
Cons
  • Requires Socket

1 big problem... fits power distributors

Well made but there is one big problem... you can't use big plugs (for iPhone, electronics etc.) and even regular lamp plugs at the same time. INSUFFICIENT DISTANCE between outlets. Therefore, you cannot use the second port. Luckily everything is fine where I wanted to use it because I really wanted the USB ports to be more important. A BIG design problem.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • crumpled

Poorly designed, but at least they work.

Since they come in pairs I figured I could use them together. But the cord exits the plug straight down, not at an angle, so you can't plug it into the top socket when something is in the bottom socket. Not worth going back but disappointing as I have to get another strip for the socket where I need two strips.

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • unreliable
