Description of 🚰 Clearsource Premium RV Water Filter System with Pristine Water Flow and Built-in Stand

NEW! INDUSTRY-LEADING 0.2 MICRON PROTECTION. Our two-stage filter now features 0.2-micron protection – better than all other in-line, single or dual canister RV water filter system on the market. CLEANER, SAFER WATER THAN OTHER SYSTEMS. Tighter filter pores trap more contaminants. We lead the industry in the size and quality of our filters. Our 5-micron first stage coconut shell carbon block improves taste and removes or reduces sediment, chlorine, VOCs, and other contaminants. Our hospital-grade, absolute-rated 0.2-micron filter removes or reduces bacteria like Legionella and E. Coli, and cysts like Giardia. Compare filter sizes and ratings – nothing beats a Clearsource. BULLET-PROOF CONSTRUCTION. We engineered our original Clearsource system from the ground up just for the RVer. We invented its powder-coated standalone chassis – an idea that changed the industry. We use oversize canisters for maximum water flow. And we use only stainless steel fittings for durable, sanitary plumbing. CLEARSOURCE QUALITY. Nothing beats a Clearsource. See us in TrailerLife Magazine's 2018 "Essential Equipment For RV Camping" Gear Guide, and in the January, 2019 edition of MotorHome Magazine ("Impressive." "Makes RV water filtering an art form."). Good buy for fresh water systems

I was hesitant to use the water in the camper place. I installed this device and let it run for a few minutes before connecting it to my Airstream. The water tasted ONLY LIKE WATER! No aftertaste, pure water. It was so good that I emptied my fresh water tank and filled it with water from a Clearsource Premium RV water filtration system. We drink, cook and shower with him without any worries.

ClearSource Supply

I was very happy to receive our new filter but soon after trying to install it I realized I needed a different fitting for my facility because the previous owner had a custom one had plumbing and needed both admission and graduation to be a male. I emailed ClearSource explaining my dilemma and they did everything they could to help me IMMEDIATELY, Sunday no less. The quality of materials and construction is top notch, really sturdy and well designed. I have soaked and rinsed cartridges at home…

well built, requires taller end hoses to fit.

At $274 and made specifically for RVs, you'd think this thing was made out of garden hose fittings. The stainless fittings on mine are clearly 3/4 inch fittings which will not seal a garden hose. Update: Spoke to the company. The problem seems to be in my hose. Although it connects perfectly with all the other fittings on my trailer. but they got me to double the rubber washers and that basically stopped the leak. Not sure but see if I see anything when it's all dry, 1 year update - you need to

Designed as a camper tank Parts & Accessories

Our camper doesn't have a built in water filter and we wanted something better than cheap stand alone filters. After reviewing many options, we decided to bite the bullet and go with the more expensive Clearsource. It's built like a tank. Very heavy and heavy! No problem with this drip during use. It must also be beaten during use and in the cellar when traveling. We've had it for 3 months, used it for about 45 days and covered 2500 miles. The water pressure is normal, the pressure does not…

Great filter and best customer service.

Two relevance ratings. First the quality of the water. Yes, that is indeed the water filter you need, and if you buy a cheaper one, you'll keep wondering if you'll be happier with that filter (and you'll probably be happier with that filter). The second is customer service. I installed the first unit I ordered a few weeks ago but I had a small leak on the filter canister that wouldn't go away. I contacted Clearsource Customer Support last Wednesday and explained my problem. The first reply…

Rating updated. Great product

UPDATE: I've changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Here's why: 1. They actually have a great customer support team who were quick to respond and take corrective action. (I missed her answer initially) 2. The product is made in the form of a tank. Very durable.3. Revain sent me an older model with an intake that was prone to leaking as another buyer posted. The new fitting is different and does not leak a drop.4. Although it was leaked I had to use my product as I was on a trip where I needed it.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Out of style

Updated overview of parts and accessories for vans

Update: The owner of the company contacted me and helped to solve this problem. If you have nozzles like in my photos, then you have an outdated model. I don't know why Revane sent me this old version but it was leaked as a backup copy. The new version with different valves does not leak and works great. Unfortunately, this problem arose and it took a while for anyone to get back to me. But I really appreciate that the owner took a personal interest in it and ended up sending me a well working…

Great product and customer service!

Before purchasing this system I had to bleach our van's water system every few weeks to get rid of a strong sulfur odor which I believe was the result of the iron in the well water reacting with the magnesium anode it contained in ours Water heater (I don't recommend bleaching because it can be dangerous, but it was the only method that worked and I was very upset with that water smell that wouldn't go away). We have been working full time for several years and this problem just started at our…

Awesome filter - we've found a winner!

This is the only one of the three filters I've tried that shows clear water test results. I tried the most common Camco in-line filter and our water still had an odor. I purchased the Water Works Bacteria Growth Test Kit and ran several tests over the course of a week. There was significant growth. The test color was maxed out, which was pretty discouraging. I then switched to Watts permanently installed filters in terms of cost and quality. Although I discovered both the Clearsource and Watts…
