Review on 🚰 Clearsource Premium RV Water Filter System with Pristine Water Flow and Built-in Stand by Scott Tompkins

Update: The owner of the company contacted me and helped to solve this problem. If you have nozzles like in my photos, then you have an outdated model. I don't know why Revane sent me this old version but it was leaked as a backup copy. The new version with different valves does not leak and works great. Unfortunately, this problem arose and it took a while for anyone to get back to me. But I really appreciate that the owner took a personal interest in it and ended up sending me a well working product. Now that it works I can say it's fantastic. Had I not had a terrible first experience and had to face the hassle (and not having had it on our big trip) I would have given 5 stars. One star off for the trouble (but way better than the 1 star review I originally posted!) Old review: I have to say I'm quite disappointed. We bought it before our first ride on our Airstream trailer and once installed (using a special water hose, not a garden hose) the unit was leaking like crazy from both the nozzle (inside) and the pipe between the two filter cylinders. I checked all the connections and the same hose does not leak at all when connected to Airstream. No Answer. We continued our trip without a leaking filter and when I returned from Yosemite I was disappointed to find that I still hadn't received a response from customer service. It has been over a week since my first email and this morning I sent a follow up message. Still no answer. Based on the rave reviews for both the product and customer service, this is NOT what I expected from ClearSource. I'll update the review if support ever gets in touch.
