Was a little tricky to install but the customer service was excellent. It is necessary to find out what the primary plus and minus on the battery is. We have a golf cart propane heater that rocks so we prefer this model which is safer.

Works well and connects easily. Excellent customer service. The included cup holder didn't work properly. I emailed the manufacturer and not only received a quick reply, but also received another call the same day. Galen sent a replacement the next day. He also quickly took another call.

I chose the AC cart for its advanced features and marketing claim that it is 'quiet'. After installation, it was found that the functions of the heater were poorly performed and the device was very noisy during fan operation. The noise resembled the sound of a hair dryer running in a closed car. Not very peaceful or pleasant. Returned the block.

I finally found a golf cart that this heater would work on and tried it on a Yamaha. I looked at the wiring instructions in the manual and unfortunately the wires don't fit under the seat as the manual says. We tried going around the seat but the wires weren't long enough. So there are 16 different golf courses and I have never been able to use this article. I can't recommend what seemed like a great idea.

The air is very light and is blown out of the unit after the first start, so I didn't feel it was difficult was to warm them cold day so i sent it back. If you send this back, they won't credit you the full $299, instead they'll reduce your refund by $35, plus you pay for postage. None of this information was displayed anywhere for me to see prior to purchase. I sent three emails to the company asking why I wasn't fully enrolled. No Answer. I do not recommend.
