The best part about Clin 1 is its ease of use,it's very simple when it comes down to creating new or editing existing forms. It can be used for both patient information as well as provider documentation in one place which makes my job easier! The user interface is very simple and easy to understand. It allows all of our physicians access from anywhere in the world with ease. I have used other products but none are as good as Clin1 EMR. None at this time, there is nothing we dislike about it. We love the simplicity of their system and how easy it is to learn. I like how user friendly it is for both patients, doctors as well staff members in our clinic! We have never had any problems with this program but if we do they are extremely quick at responding back when you contact them about anything regarding their product or services via email/phone call etc.. The ease of use and the ability to customize the system to meet our needs. The system is very intuitive and the support staff is extremely helpful. I like how easy it is for all my patient's information from different doctor visits are able see in one place, also being an emergency room physician they can access their own info at any time! Not much but some of our doctors do not use this program so we had issues with them needing us as backup if there was ever something wrong or missing during treatment process etc.. Also sometimes when you enter notes/information into system nothing shows up until several hours later which causes problems
