Needs minor updates and better customer service
I like how easy it is for all my patient's information from different doctor visits are able see in one place, also being an emergency room physician they can access their own info at any time! Not much but some of our doctors do not use this program so we had issues with them needing us as backup if there was ever something wrong or missing during treatment process etc.. Also sometimes when you enter notes/information into system nothing shows up until several hours later which causes problems since patients may need help quickly after discharge especially while waiting outside ER doors!!

- Easy to navigate around within software good customer service staff who really care about your needs
- Has many options available depending upon what kind work environment (hospital) has.
- EMR data collection ability very important part that must be used well by hospital administration.
- Easy way too keep track & manage medical records without having paper copies scattered everywhere !!!! :)
