ClinicPro Review

I have been using this program since 2012 when it first came out as an upgrade to our previous product of PCSO2MS (since 1996). The ability to see all clients at once has saved us countless hours! We are able now manage patient appointments better than we could before with any other system available including ours from prior years which was very good too but not nearly so easy nor efficient like CP does today!! I like being able to use all of my devices at once rather than having to be limited to one computer. It doesn't always work as well with older browsers (such as Internet Explorer). The system can also be very slow when loading large databases. Sometimes it takes quite awhile before you're actually using your site so there's that too! The customer service is amazing. They will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I have used several other product like this and it's always seemed to be very difficult for customers to get a refund from a company that was less than helpful to begin with. I like that it has all of my patient information already entered into different sections so there's no need to type everything over again! It also makes scheduling appointments easy with reminder emails sent out when scheduled appointment time comes up. Sometimes you have issues where some pages are not loading properly but overall this program works well enough to keep track of patients without too much hassle. I like that it has so many features to choose from! It can be difficult at times finding what you need when there's too much choice but this isn't as bad as other programs I've tried (eg EMR!).
