Be careful using them to trim your toenails if you are diabetic with neuropathy or have loss of feeling in your toes! These things are terribly sharp, and it doesn't take long to slash a finger wide. Nice hair clipper, comes with a small black case, separate tray, in a tin can. Very cool. The lever does not slip like other clippers. Wide jaws, very sharp, like the boss cut my claws.

I was skeptical at first as they were smaller than I thought. I was positively surprised. They are very comfortable to hold, don't slip and cut even my thick nails with ease! They even come in a drawstring pouch inside a metal box. These are great scissors!

I was surprised at how sharp these clippers are. They go easily through my thick nails. With a wide opening, I would suggest keeping it out of the reach of children. You could cut yourself very easily. I can only recommend them if you take care of them!

I have thick toenails and figured if these things could cut wire, they could cut my nails too. Unfortunately, I also cut off a large piece of skin from my big toe, ouch! I've never cut myself with nail clippers. It was the first time and it was too easy to get hurt. I do not recommend them, especially for the elderly who may find it difficult to avoid serious injury.
