Bought 2 of these chargers for my car with gems. I have 6 12 volt batteries to get 72 volts. I installed them on a machine that is connected all the time, they are amazing. Each battery gets its own charge, I now have a much longer battery life and each battery gets exactly the same charge once the charge is complete. @DCollins. your batteries suck, that's your problem. Place 2 deep cycle batteries on this holder when we receive it. Took them off last week and put them in the camper for the weekend. When we got to the installation, the batteries were dead. The clerk did absolutely nothing for the service. Now I no longer have the cost of the unit and have had to buy 2 new deep cycle marine batteries. They only gave a 30 day return window so now all I can do is try to warn someone else.

This product is suitable for those who do not need to charge 4 car batteries to the same level of charge. And that's only because car batteries don't need to be fully charged to start the car. I've tried charging 4 AGMs to the same charge level and this charger didn't help. After charging of all batteries was complete, two batteries (starting from a higher state of charge) had a resting voltage of 13.02 volts and the other two had a voltage of 12.83 volts.
