I love that it has a lot of features, so many different ways to communicate with clients about projects or tasks. It is very easy to use since all you need are basic skills to get started quickly. As an internal tool we can have more control over what information gets sent out from our team members. The UI needs some improvement as well as adding new functionalities (such as file attachment). The best thing about cloudrial is that you can easily create your own workflows, which allows us to have more control over our projects than other tools out there (such as Asana). The tool has all of our needs covered! It's very simple to use, it helps us manage many projects at once while keeping each one separate so that we can see where any issues are coming from without having them be mixed up with other tasks or people within different teams etcetc EtcetcccttEtcetera!!
