I love bamboo needles. They're smooth, straight, won't splinter, and allow yarn to slip just the right amount for a smooth knit. I have several sets of Clover Takumi needles and have never been disappointed. This brand consistently offers good products and accurate measurements.

I always use Clover Takumi needles. I've tried many others but these are the only ones I use. They are very well made and smooth unlike other bamboo needles I've tried. I personally don't like the smoothness of metal needles, but I know it's personal, not universal!

I love this lightweight elegant set! Metal needles become sticky in high humidity. You stay dry and calm. I've never used a shorter length but they were perfect for the scarves I made. Just be careful not to break them. I accidentally broke one of my first pairs when it got stuck on a chair while putting it away.
