Requirement best lowered in putting mats

I use this about once or twice a week. I would suggest leaving it flat. If you try to put it back in the box every time like I did, it starts to fold and buckle on the mat without straightening out again.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

Low quality is best in Golf

This item is good if you are looking for something cheap. It was badly glued in most places. The carpet was not very uniform in its flatness. Not very durable. The gravity retreat needed a little help to keep it going.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Non-automatic

Great gift for a new golfer

Bought this for my brother in law who is new to golf. As soon as he unpacked the box, he tried to practice with it. I was told that he uses it all the time. I'm sure that when he improves he needs a mechanical return ball. But for now he's enjoying it.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • No instructions

Cheaply made but serves its purpose.

Other returns are pretty accurate. This isn't the best quality, but it's good for the price. The plastic is very flimsy and brittle (I feel like throwing it away if I accidentally step on it or hit it just right) Ball return isn't a big deal with a plastic ball (I use real golf balls and it works just great) - the green color never "levels" and easily picks up fluff and other things. After all, I bought it for my 7-year-old son to practice with and it does the job perfectly for less than $20.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Cheap and crappy but it works

This thing probably costs around $2 so it's clearly overpriced for what you get. But unfortunately there is no better option on Revain. The plastic used is weak and thin. A green carpet will not lie perfectly flat even after a month of almost daily use. The ball return is useless as it basically just returns the ball to the end of the black plastic "runner" on the side as shown in the photo. Office environment where I put it. Not really worth $25, more like $10-15 at best. But it does its job…

Pros
  • Great for me

  • A few minor things

Cheaper than it looks on the pictures.

I have a feeling you can get a better quality putting set for $30. The stand looks like it's made out of the same plastic you see in toy packaging (like the flimsy plastic that toys are strapped to to properly hold them from the back). Green is very cheap and very difficult to level completely. In terms of design, the right thoughts were made, but the choice of the right material was wrong. To me it looks like someone came up with a great idea and sold it to someone who doesn't care. about the…

Works, but for how long?

In general it does what I need. This allows me to practice my shot indoors and bring the ball back to me comfortably. I have a few concerns and that's why I'm only giving 3 stars: 1- I don't think this will last forever. It's made out of very cheap plastic and the parts hardly seem to hang. I think if you drop it or something falls on it, it will get fried. 2- The slope to the hole is too steep. It might be a 3-foot shot on this practice mat, but you have to hit a lot harder to get it up the…

Much prefer the SKLZ version to this product! (I have both)

Don't buy this. Buy the SKLZ version instead. A few months ago I bought the SKLZ version which was amazing. Then I wanted a second one for the office. I saw this one and saw from the pictures that it's basically the same as the SKLZ product. It's not even close. The SKLZ version returns the ball to the right side of the putting surface, ideal for right-handers. A slight shoveling motion from the face of the racquet brings it back onto the field. Club Champ returns the ball from the left side…

Pros
  • Solid design
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine
